The place is filthy with trash on the floor and your shoes sticking to it.Absolutely poor management! No one checks to see when things run out at the self-serve.Dirty coffee counter, dirty coffee dispenser, trash on the floor, employees standing around stoned face.Just a complete lack of respect for the people of this city.I swear this is the last time they get my money.
I had a double-burger and it was good. I had never been to a Duchess before so I didn't know what to expect. I always enjoy trying new places, so I was hoping for that WOW factor, and unfortunately, it missed that mark. The burger was ok.The bun on the burger is really good and portions were excellent.The fries were kind of dry and flavorless. The onion rings were ok. The employees and service was good. Nothing extra, but nothing negative either. I probably wouldn't choose to go there again if I'm being honest.
I ordered a meal. I asked for extra lemon and I did not even got the one that was to come with the meal. Then got bread always get butter and did not get butter.The salad was old, it was weird color, a brown color. The salad looked like it was mixed with another salad but old looking. I have never had such old and food missing. I did not see it till I got home.👎.
