Don Rafa's Taco Shop is a hidden gem! 🌮

I had the tacos al pastor and was blown away by the flavor - truly some of the best I’ve had in the valley! The condiment bar is a dream, with plenty of fresh toppings to customize your meal. The outdoor seating is cozy and clean, perfect for a casual lunch with friends.

Just a tip: try to avoid going before noon for the freshest options. I’ve noticed the meat can taste a bit iffy if it's leftover from the day before. Otherwise, it’s hands down my go-to spot in Stockton! Can’t wait to return! 🌟
