Doinks Burger Joint

Let me say, I gave service 2 stars only because once you give your order, there is no service.
You grab your own seat, you get your own order when your name is called, and if you need a refill or another drink, you have to get up to ask for it.
Staff is nice & pleasant, but this isn't your typical restaurant with your waitress living off of tips and works for them.
Here, you have to initiate what you want/need. This is a small place, so seating is very limited.
I imagine the food is just as good to go, but it's definitely nice to sit down and eat fresh. Speaking of fresh, the 1st time I came here, I enjoyed it all so much more, but I can say that the food is still good.
You will enjoy your food.
Smash patties are great.
I never get the sauce on my burgers, but I hear it's good.

I seen this place online and wanted to give it a shot.
I ordered the bonn mi burger and the kimchi mac salad.
I will say that the burger does have great flavor and the crispy edges are great.
The buns soft and well toasted.
The only thing I would say is that you don't get a true like meaty burger flavor, but that's also because there's you know various toppings on top of that burger so that would hinder the meatiness.
So next time I would definitely try the OG classic burger.
But all in all I still think it is in the top 10 of good smash burgers.
The kimchi mac salad was very flavorful.
I think it could use a little bit more salt to bring out the flavor well spiced I like that little bit of heat to it made my nose sweat and the crunch on top.
That was a great touch.
I would definitely suggest ordering that as well along with your burger choice.
I know for a fact that I'll probably order it again.
I did not order fries so I give their fries a shot but fries are fries to me.
The place is very clean.
The staff was friendly.
I believe one of the gentlemen that was there was the owner.
He seemed to be like a great person, so that's a plus, especially amongst your staff.
All in all, I would give this place a 9 out of 10.
There's always a little bit room for improvement.
Hopefully they Open a location closer to the west side of Cleveland more towards the airport but if they don't I would definitely travel back here.
One thing I would definitely say is a negative is the parking's not the best especially with a lot of cars getting broken into nowadays.
You kind of like park your car and a dark parking lot and to me that's just seeming like a break-in in the waiting but other than that everything else was good.

The line was long and so was the wait……it was so worth it though!!! My goodness what a tasty burger and the kimchi Mac salad was an unexpected surprise! The atmosphere is cool and chill it’s really a gem! If you haven’t been yet just go! I’ll definitely be back!
