Dishoom Edinburgh offers a delightful dive into Indian cuisine. We dropped by for a casual brunch and were pleasantly surprised by the extensive tea selection. I recommend the ruby chicken - it was rich and inviting! Though the spice level was a bit much for my friend, the overall flavors were fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming; perfect for a meal with family or friends. The staff was friendly and attentive too. Just be sure to reserve a spot if you're planning to visit. 😊
