DIG In The Park offers a unique blend of casual dining and lively atmosphere right in the heart of Park Circle. I stopped by for a quick lunch and was impressed with the trendy outdoor setup, which is dog-friendly! I tried their Hawaiian pork tacos - absolutely fantastic! The Southwest egg rolls also deserve a mention, as they were delightful. While my chipotle shrimp bowl was a bit rice-heavy for my taste, the bright flavors still stood out. If you’re looking to enjoy some time outdoors with great food, this is the spot! 🌿
