I wish I could give this place zero stars.The brisket was dry, bland, cold, and it was served on white bread.🤦🏾♂️ I asked for beef ribs.I got pork. The mac and cheese is bad.It looks like it's been sitting all day.I spent $30, and the only thing that was good was the fruit punch. Why is this place open ?

We got it delivered, and the coleslaw smelled bad.The sausage had a grayish tint around edges and the pulled pork looked dry from sitting out too long and tasted old.I will not be getting food from here ever again.I called the number on that came up with the Google search and it was incorrect, and when I called the number on the receipt no one answered even though I let it ring for 2 minutes.

I placed an order online for pickup at 8:30.Arrived at 8:28 and there was only one employee inside.He spent his time rapping to the music coming from his phone rather than acknowledging me.When he finally does ask me who I’m picking up for and I give him my name, he goes back to rapping.I sat down and waited.This man comes back to me and says “for the sake of time can you ask her if she wants something else because the other potato will take another 20 minutes ”.(Because he thinks this is a food delivery order).I said no you can just refunded me for that potato.This man said he is NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE REFUNDS.So let me get this straight; you want me to choose something else because you are ready to go home, I don’t want someone else but you can’t refund me?! I left with NO food and NO REFUND.Now I have to call my bank and report this location for fraud!
