Di Carlos has quickly become one of my favorite spots for dinner! The casual, cozy atmosphere is perfect for families or solo dining. I tried the lemonade chicken with roasted red peppers and spinach - absolutely delicious! The portion sizes are incredibly generous; I had plenty left for lunch the next day. The side salad was surprisingly fresh, with a great mix of veggies, not just a few leaves.

Fast service and easy takeout options make it a go-to for any meal. Can't wait to go back! 🍽️
