Detenderete offers a delightful taste of the Canary Islands in a charming setting. The pork, slow-cooked to perfection, is a must-try, alongside a refreshing Canarian beer with lemon. I enjoyed the attentive service, with friendly staff eager to share their recommended dishes. Despite a few mix-ups with the salad orders, the overall experience was enjoyable and the atmosphere inviting. With an impressive wine selection to complement the dishes, I can't wait to return for more culinary adventures... 🍷
