If you're in the outskirts of Rome, you must stop by DentroFuori. The pinsa here is outstanding - especially the one topped with lardo and guanciale, which I can't recommend enough! We also tried the unique Pinshamburger, and the combination of flavors in the homemade “pinsa” buns is delightful.

The atmosphere is cozy, with lovely outdoor seating available for warmer evenings. The friendly staff, led by owner Roberto, make you feel right at home. Don't miss out on this culinary experience! 🌟
