Went to dennys this morning 08/17/24 with some friends and our kids.
Was possibly the worst dining experience we’ve had.
Service was slow, we waited 1 1/2 hrs for our food just for it to be cold, and to not receive all of it.
Three of us ordered sausage and it all tasted like dish soap.
Our server was slow, uninterested and seemed annoyed.
We asked for sugar three times and it was forgotten as were our straws.
We ended up having to grab sugar from another table.
Last time we ate here (almost 6 years ago) we ordered chocolate chip pancakes and received pumpkin pancakes with sour cream instead of butter… seems like not much has changed.
We won’t be eating here again.

We chose to dine in and immediately noticed our server was not having a good time.
The food took forever to come out.
We were served random sides instead of our entrees.
The sides were ice cold.
We also noticed the sausage tasted like dish soap.
We asked the server multiples times for sugar for the coffee and we were forgotten about.
The cold-brew coffee was watered down.
There were so many things wrong and on top of that when we finally had enough , the manager just said “okay we will take some food off.” No apology, nothing.
We will not be eating Dennys again.

Honestly the worst restaurant experience we’ve had, we ordered pick up, picked up our food and got home.
We realized half of our food was missing, 2 orders of eggs, 2 orders of ham, and an order of toasts.
Which we paid extra for.
I called and the manager refused a refund unless we came back (we live 25 mins away) definitely don’t plan on going back.
Plus the ham is probably the saltiest thing I’ve tastied, I can see through the bacon.
And the hash browns we could literally eat in one bite.
Pretty much just burnt potato skin.
40$ down the drain.
