Demera Restaurant was a delightful culinary adventure! 🌟 As a first-timer to Ethiopian cuisine, I was thrilled by the vibrant flavors in the Chef's Selection Messob. The tender spicy beef and perfectly spiced red lentils were highlights, complemented by the fluffy injera that soaked up every bite.
The cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing evening, while the friendly staff provided attentive service. We even tried the delicious Sambussas, which were a hit! I'll definitely return to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking an authentic experience in Chicago. Can’t wait to go back! 😍
