Thumbs up to this little bar and sandwich shop.
The boudin balls were great as the outside was crisp and inside perfectly filled with pure flavor.
The sauces that compliment the balls were terrific as well.
And the Po-Boys, also excellent.
The bread is spot on perfect.
The grilled blackened shrimp Po-Boy was Eeyore's favorite sandwich as it was light and full of flavor.
The debris was much heavier experience, yet still an excellent on for those who love something much beefier, literally.
Overall, a great little place.

I requested the oysters for my po-boy and my fried green tomatoes to be cooked lightly.
I emphasized not to overcook them.
That fell on deaf ears.
I used additional salt, asked for lemon, and a lot of remolaud sauce to try to cover up the greasy and burnt taste.
I finally gave up.
I just got tired of greasy burnt taste.
They also use a cornmeal batter , note to self, always ask what kind of batter is used.
Sorry I do not recommend this eating place.
They did give us a discount…$2.71 on a $42 bill.
Add a 3.5 cr card fee and the bill would have been over &45.00.

Debris is a great little bar and restaurant.
Food was fresh, but limited menu options.
The meatball (12in) was a lot of food for one person.
White chocolate bread pudding was amazing.
The dessert menu was very small but all amazing choices.
The service was top notch and they kept our drinks topped off all night.
