Darou Salam African Halal Restaurant is a hidden gem! 🌟

I recently tried the Maffe, and it was delightful - a generous portion bursting with rich peanut butter sauce over fluffy rice, perfect for sharing... or not!

The cozy atmosphere made for a great lunch, and I loved the jollof rice - so uniquely seasoned! We also sampled their hibiscus drink and a smoothie that I can't quite describe but was deliciously complex.

Service was quick, though I found the staff a bit chatty yet unhelpful at times. Definitely returning for more comforting Senegalese flavors! 🍽️
