Dar Bottarolo offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was impressed by the attentive service from the owner and our waitress, Alessandra, who spoke both English and Spanish. The all-you-can-eat concept might not be fully on display, but we thoroughly enjoyed the *polpette al sugo amatriciana* - the sauce was rich, and the guanciale was perfectly crispy.

While the grilled meat had room for improvement in terms of size and quality, the pasta is calling me back for a repeat visit. Don't miss it! 🍝
