Upon taking a 32 minute bus ride to this place after reading its reviews we went to try an all you can eat Italian buffet to taste the different Italian delicacies. Upon arriving we were greeted by the Pleasant staff who showed us to our table and brought us over to I’m an iPad, although we selected the English menu it was still presented in Italian. With a waiter that barely spoke any English unable to explain how or what to order we ordered our drinks from the iPad and then ordered a starter from the menu that all items were price marked, majority of them €0.00 As our courses came and went we realised that we had infact not ordered a second course and then choose to order some Pollo which we thought was chicken arrived as sausages. As I had previously read that it was unlimited wine and water we decided to order another water to enjoy watching the rest of the sausages down with. Once we had finished, we requested the bill to find out that this is not an all restaurant but with €74 that we didn’t touch cost us one € 1.50 This clearly was our worst meal of our long weekend, we had another 32 minute bus journey back to our end of road.
Came across this place online and we didn’t know what to expect but our sever Lucio helped us out a lot and gave us all the information we needed. He was very kind and attentive.Food was good, would recommend the Miso soup.
The food was excellent!! We had dinner, choosing various types of dishes, and Lucio, who served us, was very kind, which made us feel at home. An experience that I will surely repeat in the near future when I return to Rome.
