This restaurant has declined, rapidly.
We went for ice cream Sunday evening and lobby was dirty.
Every single table had not been wiped down in who knows how long.
The kids were working, but we weren’t greeted for at least 3 minutes standing there to make an order.
The only person who acknowledged us was the kid making the ice cream. The manager was so rude to those kids.
We heard her drop an F bomb to one of them.
The entire vibe of the team was off- everyone looked stressed out and walking on egg shells.
The manager, shift lead, whoever she was, needs to take a course in coaching and management skills because cussing at kids is not the way.
Shame on you.
Dairy Queen is supposed to be a fun family place and the manager sucked the energy out of the place.
It was awkward being there and patrons (or employees) should not be party to those types of interactions in a family establishment. On the plus side- the Blizzard was perfectly made and the ice cream cone was a good so size for the price.

Went in with my sister to try the cherry dipped cone for the first time.
There was no line.
A member of management , a shorter, full figured girl, and another co worker, were standing at the register doing something with a till and change.
They didn't look up or acknowledge us once.
No "we'll be with you in a moment", nothing.
We waited for about 3 minutes.
Then they just walked off.
My sister and I were taken aback.
We decided to wait a minute longer to see if someone would help us.
Finally another employee came up to the register and we thought "ok, he's going to take our order for sure".
Well we were mistaken.
He started talking to the person behind us.
I'm assuming another employee from a different store as they were taking about picking up trash bags.
This employee didn't acknowledge us either.
I'm really disappointed in this location that seems to be run by careless teenagers that have no concern with providing appropriate customer service.
We will never return to this location, as this isn't the first time we've had issues with poor customer service.
I highly recommend that the franchise owner and upper management take my advice (someone whose been in customer service for almost 30 years) and retrain the current staff or hire new employees.
With our current economy, people have to be selective where they choose to spend their hard earned money and right now, for me, dairy Queen in battle ground isn't somewhere I'm going to spend mine.

We are very sorry to read this, H D.

Definitely need more employees..
the people there have always been kind to me and my clients and the food is what it is Fast Easy and processed.
You get what you’re there for ! The young people who work there are always happy an willing to help .
But you can see the overwhelming delays because being short staff is not their fault .
It’s the fact people aren’t teaching their children the value of work and work etiquette anymore.
All these restaurants closing around the country.
People will pay for items of value .
I know I will spend money on good food matches with great service.
The young people at this location are doing there best in a situation not created by them .
So you grumps remember a time you were at work an it was short staffed an you have nasty rude people screaming at you .
This generation don’t have the same level of social skills to deal with in person conflict.
They swipe left or right block delete conflict .
They lack eye contact because they text to communicate.
You want better customer service start teaching your kids at home how to have conversation without technology.
Stop being apart of the problem not adding to it if you want a legit complaint

We're sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with our team, Jessa.
We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our customers.
We hope you give us another chance and visit us again.
