The BBQ baked beans were on point! The "greens," as they call them, was alright, and so was the potato salad. And I didn't care for the bathroom, but I guess it is the best they can do.It's a very small place, so it looks like they have people come and play music at some point in time.I would just take something to go.I wouldn't sit in to eat.I did not try any meats, and if I did, it would be the turkey leg, which it looks like they were out the turkey legs for a while. It is in a sketchy area....be careful.
I'm from out of town and looking for hole in the wall spots for bbq.Pulled up and it was closed but happened to see the owner and asked when he'd be open again. He's catering an event this week but would be open tomorrow.I asked if he had any recommendations for any other spots, he said "Park, i got you." He got me a plate.Got the brisket, sausage, potatoe salad, and beans, Food's delicious.Thank you.
Because of the reviews and my taste for BBQ, why not give this place a try? First off, this place is appealing because of the logo and the fact it's BBQ.Going inside, there was one couple enjoying their dinner. The one guy working made no greeting or give the feel of the welcome or love.MOST BBQ joints offer that. The menu is limited. Not spacious at all to dine in.The music stage takes away the dining experience. Most places offer French fries but not here. After the guy brought our food, it was packaged and inside a bag.But no thank you or enjoy the meal.Asking too much? Nah, but I believe in making a first time customer feel at home. The brisket is cooked well but tasted like old cutback meat.Mac and cheese was creamy and darn well hits the spot.Green beans were excellent.Potato salad was like mash potato with th3 ingredients, not chunky soft potatoes like it should have.I waited a day or so to write this review to let you know I was not sick in any way.Give it a try.
