We were seeing a play at the Fisher Theater.Cuisine is directly across the street from the theater. We did not have a reservation, and the restaurant was very accommodating. There was a special menu for the play, so we weren't able to get the full effect. The service was great. Most of the patrons were attending the play. The food was okay.I would be willing to give it another try with the full menu.We parked in the theater's parking lot and walked across the street.
Cuisine Restaurant is a cozy and elegant place that offers contemporary French-American cuisine with a European touch. The menu changes seasonally and features a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to entrees and desserts. The chef-owner Paul Grosz is an award-winning culinary artist who showcases his skills and creativity in every plate. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, and the wine list is impressive. We had the pan grilled trout is phenomenal.
This is a beautiful, romantic spot for special occasions. From the time you arrive, the staff takes meticulous care of you. For those who don't imbibe, there's a list of delicious mocktails.
