Used to come here all the time.
Hadn't been in a bit and my husband chose to bring me here for my birthday.
I got the crimson onion and received half an onion in my food that wasn't battered or cooked.
I emailed the company with these pictures and was told my claim was "invalid"..
Will not be returning in the future. Here are the pictures you can decide for yourself if that's appropriate

Lets talk Crimson Coward!! This place was amazing!! I got the onion joey style with the extra spicy rub.
The spicy factor delivered and shouldn’t be ordered by most! (I eat a lot of spicy so its hitting just right for me, but buyer beware).
I’m stoked as a visitor of long beach to find such great food that I WILL be returning to even on my drives through LB. The food was phenomenal and absolutely unable to eat all of it and for $16 in these days with leftovers is a steal for the quality food you’re getting there! The service was rough..
it needs serious reworking, but lets not talk about that because I’d go again for the food, it was that worth it!

I know that in the last 7 years the Nashville chicken craze has exploded is So Cal.
There are definitely levels to the Nashville chicken game.
Honestly Crimson Coward is up there.
They use quality chicken and have a unique menu.
I would visit the Long Beach location if you're reading this.
The staff there is very kind and welcoming.
They come around to see if you are enjoying your meal and ask if you need anything else.
The chicken is season and breaded to perfection.
They do not skimp you out on the portions.
The highlight of the visit was the blooming onion which is fried in battered.
You can dip it in their house made sauce and ranch.
Make sure to get the chicken sandwich and the loaded fries as well.
I tried the mild, spicy and a piece of their most intense heated chicken.
Long Beach show them some love.
