Copper Pasty is a hidden gem in Ashland! 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast and couldn’t resist their vegan breakfast burrito, packed with fresh veggies and a savory sauce. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for solo dining or a catch-up with friends. And don’t skip the coffee - it’s truly a highlight! I appreciate that it’s women and Latino-owned, adding to its charm. With plenty of healthy options and outdoor seating for my pup, I’ll definitely be returning soon! ☕️🥙
This adorable little pasty shop has replaced our fast food runs and we are so glad.The miner is my personal favorite - buttery with local beef and rutabagas… and service is always kind and happy.They also have drinks, chips and dessert.Great for take out or warming up inside.Stop here!!
Oh so tasty and generous pies! Great little spot in town for a break from viewing the murals in Ashland.A nice touch to have ice water available for patrons!
We never had a pasties before, so had to order some.Really tasty, and the crust is yummy!
