I recently visited Cookie Co. in Riverside and while my experience was mixed, I left with a sweet feeling! 🍪

The interior is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a quick dessert stop. I tried their chocolate chip cookie and a shortbread blueberry with lemon frosting. The chocolate chip was fine, but the shortbread was a standout - fresh and bursting with flavor!

That said, some cookies seemed a bit undercooked and didn’t quite live up to the hype. They do have friendly staff and an impressive open kitchen, which added to the charm. I’ll be back to explore weekly flavors after checking their Instagram! 😄
