Colita is an absolute gem in Minneapolis! ✨

The Tempura Fried Shrimp Taco was a standout; crispy shrimp with a perfect blend of tangy and creamy sauce - just divine! The wild mushroom tacos also surprised me - such a delicious vegetarian twist!

The atmosphere is vibrant, albeit a bit noisy when busy. The friendly bartenders made our night even better with good conversation while we sipped on Margaritas.

Don't skip dessert - the churros are heavenly! I can't wait to return for more culinary delights. Highly recommend this place! 🌮🥂
