I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery in Burlington, and while the ambiance was inviting, my ice cream experience was mixed. I ordered the Cake Batter Confetti, which was delightful, but my serving felt smaller than expected. The staff seemed distracted, taking calls instead of focusing on customers.

It’s a bummer because I’ve enjoyed their ice cream before! Despite a clean shop and various service options, I believe they could use a little more attention to detail. Hoping for improvement next time... 🍦
