Cocoro Bistro Sushi Bar is a hidden gem in Stockton! 🍣 From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting, and our server, Asa, was incredibly attentive. The spicy ramen had a rich broth that was simply divine.

The fresh sushi platter showcased an amazing selection, with the spicy tuna roll being a standout! I was especially impressed by the generous portions - my Chicken Katsu was huge for a lunch dish! I just wish they offered more soy sauce.

Despite the busy crowd, our food arrived promptly. Overall, it's a fantastic spot that exceeded my expectations! We'll definitely return soon! 👏
