Cochon King BBQ is a hidden gem in New Orleans! 💖 On our last night in the city, we made the trek across town and were blown away by the flavors. The brisket stole the show - so juicy and perfectly smoked, it could rival homemade! The pulled pork was tender, and the sausage had just the right snap. 🌭

The chili had a nice kick, and the staff made us feel right at home. I only wish I could have tried everything on the menu! I'll definitely be back for more... 😋
