I recently visited Clay's Smoked Tuna and had an interesting experience! I opted for the smoked catfish fillet, which was indeed well-smoked but had a flavor profile that just didn't click for me. 🐟

On the bright side, the cabbage side was superb - definitely season it just right! My dining companion enjoyed the shrimp, which had a nice taste.
