Ordered the Gumbo with side of rice, strawberry shortcake, and side of fruit through DoorDash.
Gumbo was good.
I think it would have been better with shrimp.
Strawberry shortcake was nothing special.

Whatever you do, do not order Togo or DoorDash from this place, your order will be wrong every single time! This has personally happened to me at least ten times! The receipt always clearly states what I ordered but the items are never correct! The people who work here are beyond incompetent & clearly cannot read! It is truly mind boggling that this keeps happening! It’s extremely irritating when you pay a premium to get a salad or sandwich delivered on Door Dash & spend an absurd amount of money for the convenience & then your order is wrong or missing key ingredients! Hate this place soooo much!!!

This is one of the places that you might pass by a hundred times and never think twice about coming in.
Well, that's exactly what I did ever since they opened up.
It's usually me who recommends the places, but this time my friend said she was going and she told me how great she thought they were. I only ordered gumbo per her request but I cannot wait to go back and try their sandwiches and soup! The establishment was very open and clean and it was pretty packed with dine in and Togo orders (that's always a good sign).
The gumbo was good and the smell was captivating, and I'm not really a gumbo person when it comes to actually ordering it at a restaurant. Their customer service was good and they were very accurate with the orders. Stop in! Fresh sandwiches and wraps, loaded with meat and fresh veggies and some great soup and company.
