CJ's Gourmet Pizza & Grill is a cozy spot in Hudson Towne Center that exceeded my expectations! I tried their gluten-free pizza, and it was a revelation - fluffy, flavorful, and far better than any I've had before. The staff were friendly and eager to help, making me feel right at home. I also couldn't resist ordering the buffalo wings, which were impressively meaty and cooked to perfection.

While the pizza slices might be hit or miss, overall, it’s a solid choice for a casual meal. 🍕
