I’ve been a fan of Church's Texas Chicken for years, often craving their flavorful spicy chicken! 🍗

However, my recent visit was a letdown. I ordered 16 pieces but only got 8 - definitely not acceptable! The chicken was undercooked, and the mac and cheese resembled soup rather than a comforting side.

I was disappointed with the long drive-thru wait and couldn’t get through to customer service for support. While I love this place, it's hard to overlook these issues... Hopefully, they can improve the workload and get back to serving quality meals!
