November 02, 2024I visited Chowking in Vallejo recently and enjoyed the relaxed, casual vibe of the place. The honey walnut shrimp was a highlight, expertly cooked and bursting with flavor. My daughter and I shared a delicious beef stew too; the fast service was a pleasant surprise!
However, I did notice some inconsistency with the breakfast items. My bangus and longanisa felt reheated rather than freshly made. Overall, it's a nice spot for a laid-back meal. I’d probably return for lunch... 🍜
