Chisholm's American Beef & Ale House is a cozy hideaway nestled in the DoubleTree by Hilton. I loved the inviting fireplace and the upbeat atmosphere, making it perfect for casual dining or gathering with friends.

I opted for the Cowboy Ribeye, which was well-cooked but didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of tenderness. The standout, however, was the ravioli - so delicious!

Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and speedy attention. With a few tweaks in the kitchen, Chisholm's could truly shine... I'll definitely visit again! 🍽️
