I visited this Chipotle located on Cool Springs Blvd, hoping for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, I encountered a lineup that felt endless, only to discover they were out of chicken during dinner rush hour! 🙁 The tables were poorly maintained, and the dining area needed some serious attention.

While the burritos are usually a hit, this experience left me wanting more - especially in terms of service. Definitely a letdown, but I might give it another try in the future...
