Actually insane how little food they gave me.
I ordered double meat and a bunch of other things to go through their app and got the smallest bowl I have ever seen.
There was 5 pieces of chicken, yes I counted for a double portion of al pastor chicken.
Chipotle support was useless and offered me a free drink for a 17$ order.
The person making it must have had the food coming out of their paycheck to be so stingy.
I have never been done so dirty.
For context the bowl was about halfway full with about 5 toppings + double rice and double chicken.
I was still hungry after I finished the bowl. Edit: The response I received from the owner is automated and not actually the business owner because they missed in my review where I put: "Chipotle support was useless and offered me a free drink for a 17$ order." What use is there in contacting support if they don't help.

Ordered from their takeout catering menu.
All was ready when I cam to pick up.
Couldn't give it 5 stars because they wouldn't let me add the purchase to my Chipotle rewards to get my points after it had to be paid online.
Portions were skimpy and not enough for the amount of people we ordered for.

I ordered a burrito and it came out being around 16 dollars.
Fair.
Paid 2 bucks for steak but they barely added ANY steak in the burrito.
80% of it was just rice.
I wouldn’t pay 2 bucks extra just for 4 bite sized pieces of steak.
