I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill on St Lucie W Blvd, and I have to say, the experience was a mixed bag. 🌯

I ordered my go-to chicken bowl and took advantage of the leap day free guacamole special. Unfortunately, I received a beef barbacoa bowl instead, with missing extras. Customer service was a bit of a struggle; I tried to explain my order error but felt unheard.

On a positive note, the veggie options were fresh, and I did appreciate the healthy fast food twist! They just need to tighten their service and food safety practices... I might give it another shot, but I hope for improvement next time!
