China Gourmet is a hidden gem in Salem! 🍜

I tried the sweet and sour chicken with egg flour soup, and wow, that soup had a delightful hint of crab that made it absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, and the fried rice was spot on - light and fresh.
