At China Gourmet in Hyde Park, my dining experience was a delightful blend of flavors and ambiance! 🌟

We visited on a Monday to enjoy their "create your own" noodle dish special, which was a fun and budget-friendly option. The cocktails were fantastic and paired perfectly with our selections.

Joe, our server who also took on multiple roles, delivered service with professionalism and a smile, despite the evident staff shortage. The jazz music on Friday night added to the cozy atmosphere, making it truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend the Sriracha chicken wings and short rib Singapore noodles! Can't wait to return...! 🎉
