Chimborazo truly captures the heart of Ecuadorian cuisine! 🌟 My partner and I visited on a Saturday evening and were thrilled to get seated within minutes. The cozy atmosphere felt like home, enhancing the authentic dining experience.

We savored the coconut shrimp dish - an aromatic curry without the heat - and indulged in their delicious chocolate peanut butter cake. While I'm personally not a fan of their shrimp ceviche's corn kernels, the other dishes were delightful! The chicken saltado was a standout: perfectly seasoned and cooked.

The friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a must-visit. I can't wait to return! 🍽️
