Kayce(sp?) was our server.
She was great 👍🏼 on top of refills.
Honest about what to & not to order. We ordered the 3 for me.
Burgers were awesome and juicy. The enchilada soup was good like always.

Good food and great service. All of the servers as well as the manager were welcoming and cared about their customer's satisfaction.
A great example of what service should look like. I have no complaints regarding this location.
But in regards to Chile's as a whole, I'm a bit disappointed that the 3 for me meal no longer includes 2 sides.
You used to be able to get a starter and entrée with 2 sides. The other most notable change is that the serving of fries is much smaller than it used to be.
That is not a specific issue with this location, it is something that our family and friends have noticed and commented on at all the Chile's locations. I just feel like, come on Chile's you can do better.

We wanted steak so we decided to go to the Las Estancias Chili's and we got seated right away.
However when we got seated it took a little while before the lady came.
Finally when she did the lady asked us what we wanted to drink and we told her then she proceeded to tell us if we wanted any appetizers.
We told her what we wanted and she left, it took exactly 15 minutes before we got our appetizers.
Then proceeded to try and enjoy our appetizers however the fries in our appetizers were over cooked.
She brought our food 5 minutes after we got our appetizers.
When we got our food my wife's steak and fries were also over cooked.
She forgot her street corn and again it also took a long time before she got that.
The server also did not check on us enough.
All around our service was horrible.
We frequent this restaurant a lot and this by far was the worst service we ever got.
We probably won't be back for a while until the service gets better.
