Ate here 11:30am yesterday, 3/18/24 because we wanted lunch.We're familiar with Chili's menu so no issues there.Our waitress, a very thin friendly blonde was awesome, great personality.We sat where we wanted.Mgr stopped by to chk on us, very nice.Our coffee came out cold.We were clueless abt how that cld hpn, the doors literally just opened, but our waitress brought out more.My only issue was as we were sitting& talking we noticed how dirty with crumbs, obviously from the night before, not only our corner window booth was, but also the other tables around us.Wiping tables, seats & sweeping a floor is like 101.

If you think of this as a Chili's "themed" restaurant rather than a full version, I don't think you'd be dissappointed. For a start, they have staff where other airport restaurants were already closing! Said staff were friendly and attentive, though it did seem like they were kept busy. The menu is online and it's HMSHOST not actually Chili's.I couldn't therefore find it as a location for rewards, despite what the flatware wrapper said :-) The online menu lacks photos, but I played somewhat safe and had an excellent Mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The ambience isn't what you'd expect from a neighborhood Chili's, but for an airport, it's just enough. Tip your servers, at least they showed up!
Skip it.This is barely a Chili's and you'll likely be disappointed unless you're just looking for pricey booze. •The menu is severely limited and despite actually advertising Chips & Salsa (arguably Chili's signature appetizer) there are none here.Not an option.Just weird. •They're pushing you to order through the app.This is both confusing and not very efficient.Did we have a waitress? If yes, why did we never see her? If no, why are you asking me for a tip when I check-out electronically. •Service is SLOWWW.Dear Chili's corporate, instead of investing in useless order/checkout technology how about a display that indicates how long orders are taking on average to be served.After all...this is an airport and getting your food on time might help your patrons trying to catch their flights.Just a thought. •Everything is sticky.This place is gross and needs a bath and a remodel.I get this is a high traffic location in an actual airport, but you close every night.Clean it thoroughly.
