Another Chili's, another good meal.
The restaurant was crowded with several extremely large parties seated.
Took about 10 minutes to be seated.
I'm not sure why, but they issued plastic ware.
The food came out fresh and delicious but could've been warmer.
All in all, it was a great experience at Chili's.

We stood at the door for a few minutes, there were a total of 5 tables occupied and 6 people at the bar.
So we chose the bar.
It took 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us and ask us for drinks.
She came back 15 minutes later to take our food.
She didn't acknowledge another couple for 5 minutes.
I get it if she was busy, but she wasn't.
The poor servers were pouring their own drinks as well.

Online Review🌶️ Tried service twice. I'll start with the App.
Points for installation and use.
But there is a clear disconnect between the effectiveness of the App and how the restaurant handles the online portion of their business. First experience.
Late.
Both myself and other waiting customers.
Finally after 15 minutes received "We're still working on it." Second experience.
Again late.
Went inside as other customers were doing, this time it was 25 minutes and my order was sitting there on the nearby shelf. App and online ordering needs improvement at Chili's.
