We went there for lunch around 1:30 and the store was clean expect the floor was sticky.
The cashier was okay.
It’s fast food so I can’t really except friendly customer service. The food was good.
It wasn’t like amazing (that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars) but the chicken was soft and moist, not dry! I enjoyed the sandwich! My bf liked his chipotle chicken! I love fried chicken so I order fried chicken anywhere I go, and even though it didn’t become one of my favorite, I would love to go back and try different items :)

A friend said it was OK.
But I wanted to try it anyway.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Nashville chicken and mac n cheese.
When I got my order it smelled like they need to change their oil.
Smelled like it was burning.
I waited til I got to my hotel room to enjoy it.
When I opened the box, it was my worst fear.
The chicken had no Nashville sauce on it.
I've ate many before and never saw one like this.
I wanted it smothered in sauce, this had none.
Please do better! Make it like the picture on the menu please!!! (I didn't get the jalapeno there, I added that on my own)

My chicken was tender and juicy! The toppings were very fresh and the sauce was delicious 😋 Highly recommend the sweet and spicy just as it is. The fries were fresh and well seasoned. I'll be back for sure!
