I’m no sure what it is.
But every time I have come to chic fil a it gets worse.
Every time I have to ask for my food to be cooked fresh and it NEVER is they assume their freshness levels are comparable to be being right out of the grease when it’s not.
It’s cold the cheese will not melt and the fries are always old and cold.

I used drive through on Saturday 1/28/24, orderng a Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
I saved it for Sunday, as I have done many times.
My chicken was NOT SPICY, at all! The bag said "Spicy Sandwich", but there was NO spiciness to it.
I have never had that problem at other locations! This location needs some additional training. I will stick to Southside BLVD, outside of the Avenues Mall or St.
John's Town center.
Never have problems at those locations, and the employees are friendlier.

Extremely disappointed with Chick-fil-A’s breakfast service.
Placed my order at 10:15 AM, well within their cutoff time, but arriving just 10 minutes late meant they outright refused to prepare my food.
It’s absurd that there’s zero flexibility, even when you order on time.
A heads-up on this rigid policy would’ve been appreciated.
Not the service I expected!
