This is not a full Chick-fil-A location, this is a Chick-fil-A Express in the RSA Tower, but with that being said, this crew works hard to keep up with a lot of state employees and tourists that stay in the nearby hotels.It can get very busy during peak breakfast and lunch times, so I recommend ordering via the app unless you are killing time.The staff is always polite and helpful and I visit this restaurant several times a week and, after a year of working in the building, I am still not tired of Chick-fil-A 😁
My salad was thrown together and barely had any cheese and bacon, and when I asked to have another salad made, I had push back to the point that it was refused.Surprised to get this treatment at Chick-fil-A.
Friday AM visit: Good food of course but VERY slow service.No wait to order but there were about 7 people already waiting on food.After waiting ourselves for over 5 minutes for just two chicken biscuits we understood why so many were waiting in front of us...slow service.
