Chick-fil-A

Chic-Fil-A usually has a pretty consistent quality.
We got the grilled chicken club and both of our sandwiches had less than a piece of bacon on them, the meat and cheese were both cold and overall it was not great.
Hope they were just having a bad night.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a Chick-Fil-A in such a sorry state.
To be a chain known for its consistency and attention to detail, I’m amazed.
There was trash everywhere inside, on tables, on the floor, piled up in cans.
Many tables have ripped up chairs.
The playground was disgusting, as were the bathrooms.
No one seemed to be making any attempt to clean anything up despite many idle employees standing around talking. Our food was decent enough and staff was friendly, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive.
This location needs some serious work.

Wanted to add to my review.
I'm not sure what happened to this location.
The management/owner doesn't even acknowledge your concerns anymore.
I waited in line for almost an hour.
I would have cancelled but payment usually takes days to show back up on my card. This place is a joke now.
I usually order my food in the app.
Even though I order 20 mins ahead of time, I get to restaurant and wait in line to be told that I need to pull to the parking spot so the chicken can be cooked.
This has become everytime here lately.
I also ordered on the app last week.
I got my order.
The kids noticed there wasn't any sauce at all for a 40 dollar order.
So I go back for the sauce and salad dressing.
I get back home to realize that one of the sandwiches was missing.
I wasn't about to go back again.
I call the restaurant and explain to them.
The person on the phone replies "ok".
They didn't refund me the money or even offer a replacement for the next time.
