I recently visited Chick-fil-A at Southwest Plaza, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The kids loved the classic chicken nuggets and the waffle fries - though I wished they were a bit crispier! 🍟 The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual, perfect for a family meal.
However, the cleanliness could use improvement; some tables felt sticky, and there were a few spills on the floor.
On the bright side, their coffee is excellent, making this a solid choice for breakfast or lunch. I appreciate their active military discounts too. I’ll be back to give it another shot...!
