I went to this location for lunch today.I ordered my food and pulled through the drive thru.When I looked in the bag, I quickly noticed that both the large fries were burnt and couldn’t be eaten.I went back to the window and let the employee know.Chick-fil-A replaced those batches of fries for a “new” batch.After finally sitting down to each my food, I opened my chicken sandwich to see that they have given me a small chicken that looked and tasted like leftovers from the breakfast biscuits.Then as the icing on top of the cake, we found a piece of yarn (?) or string, fried in the batch of fries.I have never been so disappointed and shocked at a Chick-fil-A.0/10 would not recommend. Pictured is also a side by side view of the “new” set of fries compared to the first ones they gave us.
Had a recent catering emergency where my caterer forgot to deliver our food.I had 30 mins to find food for 30+ people.I called this location and without hesitation, they offered a pick up order with a turn around time that allowed me to feed our staff.Forever grateful!
Long lunch line of course.I ordered the spicy chicken salad and got a rotten tomato that was less than desirable.I didn't feel like going back.
