December 04, 2024I recently visited Chicago's Pizza Twist and unfortunately, it missed the mark for us. We ordered a couple of pizzas, including the vegetarian option, but the dough felt undercooked and the toppings were lacking in flavor. The cheese was barely noticeable, and the raw onion was a real turn-off.
While the atmosphere seemed casual, the service left much to be desired; the staff didn’t seem eager to address our concerns. It’s a shame, as we were hoping for a satisfying meal... 🍕
