Chez Ashton offers a unique fast food experience, especially for poutine lovers. I tried the classic poutine and a Double Ashton burger during my visit, and while the burger hit the mark, the poutine didn’t quite live up to the hype. The fries were crispy, but the gravy was a tad lacking, which was disappointing given the anticipation.

The service was quick and friendly, and I appreciated the clean dining area. I may return for the burger, but I’d explore other poutine spots first... 🍔
