Chester's Chicken at Love's Travel Stop has potential, especially for a quick bite between travels. While I enjoyed the hot, crispy wings I ordered, the rest of my meal was hit or miss.

The sides needed improvement - my macaroni and cheese felt old, and the biscuit was surprisingly dry. The atmosphere was casual enough for a quick lunch, and the staff was friendly, but I noticed they could use more coordination.
