I enjoyed the classic bratwurst served with sauerkraut and a tangy mustard - it was pure comfort food! The casual yet trendy atmosphere makes it perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible features. Don’t forget to grab some of their homemade pretzels as a quick bite.

Absolutely love these folks and the food they prepare.
I'm used to seeing them at the brewery in Salado during Oktoberfest.
It was a nice surprise to see their truck across the street from my work today.
I've been through almost the entire menu, and everything is delicious.
Their curry wurst and fries is probably my favorite dish.
But, like I said, EVERYTHING is delicious here.
So you can't go wrong with anything you order here.

The service was awesome.
The young man who was working in this heat (heat index is 108°) and still had such a fantastic attitude was refreshing to see. The Jägerschnitzel & Pommes frites were delicious.
I will most certainly be returning.

Had the Bratwursts with kraut and hot mustard at Barrow Brewing in Salado last night and OMG it was excellent!! Will be back to try more of the menu items asap!
